Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing. In addition, we have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that Google will shorten your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the agreement in the European Economic Area before transmission to the USA. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports about website activities and to provide other services associated with the use of the website and the Internet to the website operator. The IP address used in the context of Google Analytics transmitted by your browser will not be combined with other data of Google. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately. This makes only an approximate localization possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”) with Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data will be stored for a period of 26 months.
