We offer a variety of accommodation options for families – from additional cribs and beds to adjacent rooms and spacious apartments. The ideal prerequisites for relaxed family holidays.
Reductions for children with two full-paying adults:
- 0 years: 100% – gratis
- 1-3 years: minus 85%
- 4-9 years: minus 60%
- 10-14 years: minus 40%
- 15+ years: minus €15
Travel lighter and leave the equipment for children to us: We will be happy to provide cribs, changing mats and highchairs, baby and toddler equipment such as pushchairs. On rainy days, our indoor playroom keeps our young guests entertained. In winter, we also provide complimentary use of toboggans. We also prepare special children’s dishes. Please let us know in advance so that we can arrange everything you need.
Summer Holidays
The Achensee holiday region offers a varied recreational programme for children and youngsters in summer and in autumn.
In summer, the Achensee holiday region offers a versatile children’s programme for young guests between the ages of 4 and 12 years, with new adventures waiting every day from Monday to Friday.
There is also an activity programme for youngsters aged 12 to 16 years: Segway tours, standup paddle boarding, climbing, kayaking, etc.

The card is valid for seven consecutive days and gives you unlimited access to the region’s cable cars, the Achenseeschifffahrt and Achenseebahn steam cog railway as well as numerous museums. The Achensee Holiday Card is also available at the Sonnenhof reception.
