- Saunas: 14.00 – 19.00
- Private Spa Suite: 8.00 – 22.00
- The spa is reserved for guests aged 15 years and over. Please ask at our reception for family sauna times.
Spa Etiquette
- As a courtesy to other guests we request that you do not reserve any loungers.
- Please maintain a quiet level of conversation and do not use mobile phones.
- Saunas are textile-free zones.
- In the relaxation rooms please wear your bathrobe or comfortable clothing.
- For treatments we ask that you wear your bathrobe or comfortable clothing.
- A hot shower is recommended before a massage as it relaxes the muscles. On request, we provide disposable underwear.
- Please let us know if you have any health problems or physical disabilities, whether you have special wishes or if you are pregnant.
- Please note that not every treatment should be combined with sauna bathing, some effects can be enhanced or reduced.
- We recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
- Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment, this will allow time for you to check-in, relax and enjoy our surroundings.
- Should you not be able to attend an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service.
- Spa treatments will be charged to your hotel bill.
- In your room/apartment, you will find a spa bag with towels and bathrobes for the duration of your stay.
- After sauna bathing, please take your bathrobe back to your room.
- Please dispose of used towels in the spa area (laundry box). Our housekeeping team will leave fresh towels in your room.
- If you are staying in one of our apartments, please enter your name in the list.
- Eco-friendly slippers made from 100% natural materials (plastic-free & compostable) are available at our reception for € 2.90.
- Alternatively, please bring your own slippers.
